Refund policy

At SohnibyFatima, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return, exchange process.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, in the rare case that a product reaches you damaged or defective from our end, a full refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, strictly under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  • In case the similar item is not available, exchange can be made with different item in stock.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unusedunworn, and in its original packaging
  • The request must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • A proof of purchase must be provided. 

Note: Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our mistake.
